ListeningTo
This plugins allows to set/remove your listening info to protocols that support it. It also has basic support for getting this info from the players.
This means that it set the user listening to information, not the info from your contacts. To see the info from your contacts you need a clist that supports it (only modern now) or a plugin like tipper (for a contact this info is stored inside <ProtocolName>/ListeningTo db key of the contact).
Any protocol that support some services (in m_proto_listeningto.h) can interface with this plugin. By now it means JGmail unicode version, MSN and Jabber.
This protocol also save the listening info for the user (you!) into <ProtocolName>/ListeningTo db key.
This plugin is disbled by default. To enable it you need to use the main menu: Listening to->Send to all protocols or use My Details (the option is in popup menu).
If you want this to implement some other player, I need a link to a page that explain how to do it, getting all the data, if possible without polling. (iTunes do it now but wont do in future). If you need more options, etc, use WATrack... This plugin is meant to be kept small.
One last thing: when reporting bugs, please post the name and version of the player you are using.
It also support Variables plugin to format the info, but it has to be the lastest version of the plugin. This version allows to use temporary variables in the replacement too, so you can use %artist%.

Beasty plugin. This is a big drawcard for Miranda… the days are behind us where I didn’t show mates Miranda because it was so minimal and boring. I’m not saying I want bloat, I’m saying I want to pick and choose from good features like ListeningTo 
nice work. but is that possible if variable is blank then hide next seperator or maybe an option for radios to show only %title% variable?

thanks for this great plugin. when i’m listening radio, its not showing on msn and local file or radio its never show on gtalk?
GTalk should work with the jgtalk plugin.
About radio in MSN, I already heard of reports, buthad no time to try to reproduce…
could u provide the “listeningto” option for the songbird player?

Você precisa instalar um plugin no foobar. Ele está dentro do zip, em plugins\listeningto\foo_mlt.dll . Tem um readme no mesmo dir explicando o que fazer.

i upgraded from older 0.1.2.3 version. after that, my listening info show up for 5 seconds then disappear with this new 0.1.3.2 version.

Please correct work with the MRA’s xstatus music icon protocol.
When playing, listeningto instead xstatus Music sets another xstatus (I think it sets the same xstatus number as in the icq protocol – this is the problem).

Não consigo fazer funcionar o plugin no Winamp 5.6 
So this doesn’t work with WMP 12 (default 32-bit) in Windows 7 x64, does it? Or is it Miranda 0.8.21’s fault? I can see contacts playing music, but mine will not send music I am playing in WMP. Oh well, FAIL.
Great plugin, should be in next version player: Foobar2000 fully supported? now it shows music info but wrong, and it finds him liek a windows media player
